Nancy received her law degree from the University of Houston in 2003. Her interests in wills, probate and estate planning stemmed from her volunteering experience with the legal aid and other pro bono work. Nancy takes pride in helping her clients maneuvering the legal system after the death of their loved ones or in making plans to protect their future.
To better serve her estate planning clients, Nancy completed the Certificate in Estate Planning Program at the Boston University School of Law. She is also a graduate of the Master of Law (L.L.M.) in Taxation program with a focus in estate planning.
Nancy is well versed in the current tax laws and their impact in estate planning. She has a special interest in international estate planning, assisting clients with assets outside of the U.S., as well as foreigners planning to immigrate to the United States or owning assets in the U.S. Her expertise in international estate planning is reflected by her membership as a Trust & Estate Professional of the Society of Trust Professional (STEP).
Not only that Nancy is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, she is also a certified ad litem attorney in guardianship proceedings. Nancy is a long time animal lover and has a 9 year old golden retriever. Nancy speaks Cantonese fluently.
